Garage Survey

Would you be interested in purchasing a garage for $30,000 (estimate)? Please see below for more information:

 Although there are many obstacles to overcome and multiple years before this could even be designed, the first step is to gauge interest.

To even consider this, the Declarations must be amended or re-written, which could take 1-2 years and cost $5000-$15000.If the board determined there was enough interest, this would be the next step, so saying yes to the garages also means yes to a declaration update.
